These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SilverGents (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the Service for spam, scams, or commercial solicitation.
• Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.

Messaging and Safety

Messages are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot access message content, so safety relies on user reports and metadata. You agree to report abuse and follow our Community Guidelines.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant SilverGents a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Pricing and billing cadence are displayed at checkout. You can cancel in account settings. All purchases are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK/CH, you may have additional statutory rights; where required, we will obtain any necessary consent to waive withdrawal rights.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect users and the Service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverGents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules.
