Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SilverGents (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Post illegal, hateful, or sexually exploitative content.
• Post, request, send, or distribute pornography, nudity, sexually explicit material, fetish content, or other content intended for sexual gratification, including in profiles, galleries, messages, or video.
• Offer, request, advertise, or facilitate prostitution, escort services, compensated dating, sexual services, trafficking, or exploitation.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the Service for spam, scams, or commercial solicitation.
• Attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access.

Messaging and Safety

Messages are end-to-end encrypted. We cannot access message content, so safety relies on user reports and metadata. You agree to report abuse and follow our Community Guidelines.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. You grant SilverGents a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate the Service.

Subscriptions and Billing

Web membership purchases are unavailable. If new mobile memberships become available after the applicable store review, iOS purchases will be processed and managed through the Apple App Store and Android purchases through Google Play. The applicable store displays pricing, billing cadence, and renewal terms before purchase and is the source of record for the transaction and subscription status. Store subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date. Cancellations and refund requests are handled under the applicable store's terms, without limiting any statutory consumer rights you may have. SilverGents never receives or stores raw card or bank-account credentials. Stripe is not used for new purchases; limited legacy Stripe data is processed only for historical subscription lifecycle events, refunds, disputes, and reconciliation.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect users and the Service.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SilverGents is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict of law rules.
